Every Deco TV Frame is handcrafted in Haverhill, Massachusetts, and built to last. That’s why we stand behind each frame with a full lifetime warranty.
Your lifetime warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your frame. If something isn’t right because of how we made it, we’ll make it right.
Coverage includes:
• Defects in the frame’s finish, structure, or hardware
• Magnetic snap failures on Premiere and Slim collection frames
• Hardware issues on Alloy collection frames
• Issues that appear under normal household use
To keep this program fair for everyone, the warranty does not apply to:
• Legacy frames (frames designed for Samsung’s The Frame TVs from 2017 to 2020)
• Frames purchased from the Open Box Collection
• Deco Gold frames (covered under separate terms)
• Frames purchased from unauthorized resellers, third parties, or secondhand sellers
• Frames that have been modified, painted, refinished, or altered in any way
• Damage from drops, impacts, spills, pet damage, or accidents during use
• Damage caused by installation methods not described in the included instructions
• Damage caused by direct sunlight, moisture, cleaning chemicals, or storage outside normal indoor conditions
• Frames that have been returned, refunded, or replaced by the original retailer
• Frames without a completed warranty registration
• Frames without proof of purchase from an authorized retailer
We cover anything that goes wrong because of how we made your frame. We don’t cover things that go wrong because of how the frame was used or what happened to it after it left our facility.
If your frame’s finish starts peeling on its own, that’s on us. If it got scratched by a moving box, that’s not.
If a magnetic snap fails without being pulled or pried, that’s on us. If a child pulled the frame off the wall, that’s not.
When in doubt, send us photos and a quick description. We’d rather take a look than turn you away.
If you believe your frame qualifies for a warranty claim, please reach out through our Repair Request portal with photos and your order details. Our team will review your claim within two business days.
When a claim is approved, we replace the affected piece with the same frame style, finish, and size. Warranty replacements cannot be exchanged for a different style, finish, color, or size.
Customers seeking a different style should review our standard exchange policy, which applies separately and within its own time window.
Acceptable proof of purchase includes:
• Original receipt or order confirmation email
• Order number from the authorized retailer
• Account history showing the purchase (Amazon order history, Best Buy account, etc.)
• A completed warranty registration filed within 30 days of purchase
• Gift recipients can provide the gifter’s order information.
Authorized Deco TV Frames retailers include DecoTVFrames.com, Amazon, Best Buy, Wayfair, Target, and select independent resellers. If you’re unsure whether your retailer is authorized, please reach out before submitting a claim.
